      The only pro is the Monday - Friday schedule.

      Cons

      Poor pay and benefits, constant micromanaging, no job security as layoffs are routine, you have to fight with the software just to do your job.

      Wonderful co-workers and upper management.

      Cons

      Understaffed Allowing toxic management to remain in their role. Not indicative of all management as most are excellent.
