This job is a great opportunity to work for an innovative company that saw an issue of our time and made it their mission to be a part of change in a meaningful and impactful way. I feel inspired going to work and feel that my work matters. The company culture is one of passionate and committed employees who care and want to see the company succeed, so the energy is exciting, fast paced and enjoyable.

Cons

The general day to day organization could be more refined but at the same time I appreciate the flexibility that comes with a company that is growing and still defining itself.

True to the mission, vision and values. Important work in an industry that needs more companies like APDS. Bottom line thinking, does not drive every decision, which is refreshing!

Cons

Nothin you wouldn’t expect with a younger company. Growing pains are never easy, but leadership is forward thinking, and always looking to improve.
