Technology is terrible, if you like to start your day waiting 20 minutes for a computer to boot up...this could be the place for you! Office is embarrassing with run-down, dirty, mismatched furniture...doesn't look like a place I'd like a sterile procedure done! Management treats you like a child as if you have never worked a day in your life before the Red Cross Sales Methodologies and attitudes are very dated Not exactly a white collar sales job, be prepared to get dirty! I wouldn't take this job fresh out of college! Nevermind with existing work experience...STAY AWAY! Worst "Professional" job I have ever had No Raises in 2 years, nothing motivates you like "You are doing great, and we wish we could give you a raise...but we can't...Sorry! just keep working hard!!" No 401k match
