Terrible HR and scheduling - Anonymous employee American Red Cross Employee Review

Lansing location -There is no true order in drive rotation schedule due to favoritism. The HR dept may as well be non existent because the only time you will get any communication from them is after you have done all the work yourself. These are the laziest and most whiny coworkers i know. If they close this location it would be any improvement on the organization as a whole.
