Pros
There is a definite acknowledgement that daily work impacts the lives of our friends and family members. Most workers share the passion to contribute to the community. The company has invested much in the roll out of the new computer system that will be of benefit in terms of consistency and compliance and positive donor experiences.
Cons
Changes are constant and not always of value. The lack of communication between the various functions at least in Biomedical Services is evident on a frequent basis. The project plans are well established but timeline slips are routine.
