Lots of change. Change that makes work life balance nearly impossible. People at National Headquarters could care less about their employees. Management is not good from top to bottom. With all the change in the last year you find every manager and department watching out for themselves. There is not sense of team. Lots of finger pointing. Nobody appreciates the hard work but be sure they will let you know if you make a mistake.
