Pros

Amazing company. I plan to work for ARG until I retire... which is many many years away! Fantastic benefits, salary, and a caring leadership team. ARG really works to develop your career and make sure people are in positions that are a good fit.

Cons

Outdated in a few areas but they are currently working on upgrades. Very small office so of course you have some of the office politics... but I feel ARG is committed to making it a great place to work.

New CEO, good local people, and philanthropic efforts by the family. Opportunity to learn but limitations on growth and capacity.

Cons

Poor Sales & Marketing Leadership along with negative product management. CEO needs a wholesale change with leadership team and weed out the negative leadership.
