Thank you for taking the time to review your experience at ASH. We appreciate your feedback. We agree that our coaches are an amazing team to work with. They make us very proud. We strive to provide our employees with the tools and training to effectively do their jobs, while also providing the leadership team with guidance and a minimum of 40 hours of training a year to effectively support their teams. Most importantly, team managers are encouraged to collaborate on department processes and procedures with their teams to create the best processes for everyone. We’re sorry to learn that you did not feel you experienced that. Our goal is also to create a work environment that is open, collaborative and responsive to the needs of our employees and customers, both internal and external.
We’re also sorry to learn you did not get to connect with our CEO. Throughout the last 30 years, our co-founder and CEO has been recognized as an industry leader by organizations like America’s Health Insurance Plans (AHIP) and the University of California at San Diego. He has also been recognized for his industry leadership by publications like Inc. magazine, the Indianapolis Business Journal, and the San Diego Business Journal. He is very involved in running the business and meets with the leadership team from each line of business on various topics on an almost daily basis. He regularly is part of the New Hire Orientation leadership team that meets with each and every new group of employees joining ASH. And he leads the executive team in the review and selection of all employees honored for team, innovation and leadership awards and personally presents these awards to each individual. For over 30 years, he has lead ASH in our consistent year-over-year growth.
We appreciate the time you spent working at ASH and we welcome any additional feedback you might be willing to give so that we can improve employee experiences. Please contact hrhelp@ashn.com if this interests you.
