-Structurepoint has been continually growing and has been thriving even throughout the unprecedented recent years. -It doesn't matter what your position is, supervisors and executives show appreciation and attention to everyone -Company supports a good work/life balance with flexibility of hours and good vacation allowance -There is a great camaraderie between coworkers -Company has work throughout the state and in several other states, but work load is usually consistent so I have not had to travel often at all. -There are a lot of events and perks for the employees throughout the year (parties, picnic, meals, apparel, etc)
