Pros
American Structurepoint is an excellent company in which to grow your skills and develop your own career path. The organization values their employees and invests significant resources and time into helping them grow. Their opportunity mix is highly varied which provides employees with a diverse set of experiences.
Cons
While my overall experience has been very positive. I realize that no organization is perfect and with the tremendous growth path the company has experienced there have certainly been a few hiccups along the way. That said, this company is one of the strongest in the industry and the staff is treated with respect and caring.
