I have worked at a number of other firms prior to arriving at Structurepoint, and this team is the best overall group I have been a part of, by far. Within the Investigative Group, not only do we have a tight-knit group of professionals that support each other on projects (whether inter-office or intra-office) or personal matters, day-to-day our team gets to work on a variety of cool projects large and small. Our clients routinely seek us out as a trusted advisor/consultant which has resulted in significant growth in the last handful of years. Staff at all levels are growing in their careers here, and our team overall is growing in number, because of the great people and great consultants we have on staff to learn from. Speaking both from personal experience and observing coworkers from afar, management at all levels supports staff through personal highs and lows as staff have experienced some of life's better or more stressful milestones. Local management and corporate management both honor their open-door/open-phone policy, and will even 'check in' when they haven't touched base in awhile. For staff interested in accelerating their growth, Structurepoint offers internal leadership classes of various types and degrees which help round out soft skills engineers often are left to figure out on their own. You get what you give in this business. I have worked hard and Structurepoint has supported me in return. Our salaries are competitive, retirement benefits cannot be beat, and we live out the 'work hard/play hard' cliche with fun group social outings and a holiday party second to none in our industry.
