Pros
The ESOP, cannot think of anything else
Cons
-top heavy structure where EVERYONE is a VP or director -mid and upper management are old and male who have been there forever, are in their late 50s-60s and they have a 1980s outdated management style -despite being a mid tier sized company, the level of bureaucracy is staggering (i.e., this company loves numerous 8-5 all day all hands in a conference room meetings several times per month) -C suite leadership never takes responsibility for the company's shortcomings and instead yells at the room to assign blame during said numerous 8-5 all day meetings -meetings are run by upper management with a know it all, belligerent, combative, gotcha questions atmosphere -employees must use PTO for federal holidays such as Memorial Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.
