This pertains to the Indian Head (CEXC/ EXU) contract, but to summerize the issues there have been over 10 people that have been let go over the course of the contract beginning in July 2017. (That’s a large peace of the contract) Mostly for subjective reasons listed by the Navy customer EXU-1. A few of those that had been let go or quit prior to being let go, we’re unsure of why and the reasons did not make sense. The customer doesn’t follow industry standards (ODNI or Common EE holdings), they use contractors as expendable pawns, and it seems they are not happy with any of the work. The statement of work/ position discriprions are also inaccurate most the required expertise with government software listed isn’t used or available. I can go on and on ( pay issues, contract issues, Deltek issues, etc) , but in short, save yourself a headache and do not go on this specific contract! If you interview for this position ask them about why there is so much turn around!
