Pros
Culture - we have a multi-year, fast-paced program but we have great teamwork and truly come together and support one another. Transparency - there is a lot of communication within the program (daily team-wide meetings) as well as in the overall office (weekly all hands meetings). At the weekly meetings, management provides us with business development updates as well as culture moments. Work/Life Balance - managers promote work/life balance to include leaving early if deadlines are met and you have sufficient hours for the pay period or working from home if needed PTO - instead of "holiday pay" and "PTO", there is one pot of PTO. This allows employees to take time when it is best for them. ESOP - additional retirement benefit.
Cons
Health insurance has high deductibles (though company does contribute to our HSA)
