Pros
Good pay, ESOP program for employees to vest into over time, 5-6 hours of PTO per each two week pay period as a new/entry-level employee. It could be a great company to grow with in the right department.
Cons
Your PTO covers company holidays (Christmas, Thanksgiving, etc.), which is why you accrue a very decent amount each pay period as a new entry-level employee. The supervisor of the department at the time was not suited to manage people and ran a few consecutive new/young employees out of the company.
