Overall Assessment (Brief) - Senior Systems Test Engineer American Systems Employee Review

I am a new hire but not new to the defense contracting industry and so this is assessment for American Systems will be brief based on what little time I have spent be employed with them. Thus far, the company's processes and controls are far superior than any of the other companies I have worked for. Well before American Systems won the contract, interviews and contingent hiring offers and letters were initiated. Then once we did when, HR and other staff handled 24 new hires and all of associated admin flawlessly. It was an easy and amazing experience. Now for the best part, once onboard, you become an owner of this Veteran-owned company. The Pay and Benefits are spectacular!
