Complacent Organization - Anonymous employee American Systems Employee Review

HR is not very knowledgeable or reactive . It appears they work under no leadership or guidance . They are completely disorganized and do not understand the Government contracting industry. Company seems complacent and still seems to grow by being a subcontractor versus a PRIME. If it were not for the Test and Evaluation group, American Systems would probably only have one or two prime contracts total. Company has no real growth strategy except to acquire other businesses since they can not win large contracts.
