      Pros

      Small company culture where you get to know people is nice. If you are an off-site contract worker, your customer dictates how you work so that is a huge variable.

      Cons

      I can't speak to how it is at the headquarters, but some of the remote offices are very poorly run. Literally people have been at work and get asked by the manager "why are you at work, your contract expired?" If management were competent, any employee who is essentially losing his or her job would find out BEFOREHAND!

      On-Site Only Must Spend PTO to take any holidays off, no automatic holidays.

      Lack of solid management, lack of training pipelines, company culture is more focused on billing hours to clients than being efficient and cutting edge.
