Worked on a few tasks and it was a mess. I would say I’m surprised at the high review score on here but I’ve witnessed the company wrangle staff together to write fake reviews and 10/10 scores on websites. One time an employee didn’t give all perfect scores and was put on a Zoom call to fix it. The owner also has several other businesses that give good reviews back and forth to each other to pose as clients. No real strong organization, pointless meetings that don’t really get anything done and sometimes escalate into arguments between CEO and staff. People with years of experience at other businesses would be hired and then replaced by workers in India. Type of place that says all the right buzzwords like “culture” and “company values” but it’s not an actual thing. Most importantly, I don’t know if this place was ever real. They seem to have some type of client. Saw and are able to keep a roof over their heads, but I’ve never really seen their services requested.
