Pros
It's a mid-sized company where the management has good visibility on who works and recognizes only the dedicated employees. The HR team is almost always available to assist with any issues an employee might encounter. Friendly environment that fosters growth if you are someone who is at least trying. They care more about the sincerity and efforts than the results. You will have opportunities even if you try your best and fail. Very diverse team to work with. They pay attention to hiring to give no room for slackers. Even if someone made it through the hiring process somehow they will be asked to work or to leave so someone else won't have to carry their weight. They offer a decent benefits package. Clean exits and no-nonsense of holding your pay or acting up if you give proper notice and resign.
Cons
Work hours will get extended by an hour if there is a need for it. There have been times when we ended up working on Saturdays too. But you would get compensated for additional days of work so its kinda ok in that regard.
