-> Great laid-back company culture -> Friendly colleagues/co-workers who are willing to help their fellow co-workers -> Freedom (to an extent) to choose what you work on

-> Confusing feedback provided by management -> You could get appreciated to the moon forever and suddenly be laid off without warning -> This is due to fickle management that won't support or back up the workers
