Cons
All the positive reviews you see are kind of fake. I'll tell you the business model- they have two verticals: staffing and software services Staffing: they help students who have gone to US to pursue masters to get an employment visa post graduation until they land an actual offer and force them to write good reviews hence the good reviews without any cons. Next is software services, they make you slog until you reach the state of complete exertion. The management lacks serious skills and fire hard working employees that have worked over weekends to make it work. The leadership does not shy away from asking you to over-work and fails in showing any empathy to the employees. Last but not the least....they fire without any security, they lock you out of the system and do not give any financial or professional security
