Cons

American Technology Services has become a deeply frustrating place to work due to unstable leadership, poor strategic discipline, and repeated shifts in business direction without clear planning or execution. The company appears to lurch from one business idea to another without the operational maturity, communication, or process needed to support those changes. Instead of building around the trusted staff and client relationships that made the business viable, leadership has repeatedly reduced experienced teams while chasing short-sighted initiatives that seem disconnected from market reality and customer needs. The internal planning is weak, priorities change frequently, and decisions often feel reactive rather than strategic. Staff are left dealing with the consequences of unclear direction, inconsistent processes, and leadership choices that damage morale, service quality, and client confidence. The most concerning issue is the apparent willingness to let valuable institutional knowledge walk out the door while betting heavily on a cyber product that the company does not seem properly positioned to sell, support, or scale. That kind of approach creates unnecessary risk for employees, clients, and the long-term health of the business. Overall, this is an organization with capable people at the working level, but executive leadership has failed to provide the stability, planning, and accountability required to run the business effectively.
