Pros

It used to be a great place to work!

Cons

Management wants you to work like a robot, they give you 5 minutes to make a delivery of 50 pluse tires. They don’t want you to communicate with the customer when they have an issue. That’s the salesman job, funny thing is the salesman that I had on my route never did his job. It’s just not a great place to work any longer, cause you’re not aloud to take care of the customer like they should be taken care of! They also frown on a person that has medical issues. Always wanting to write you up for anything

Pros

Its remote setup and competitive pay for the tasks involved. While there is a learning curve, the job becomes straightforward once you memorize the systems. The experience is further improved by great managers who provide a supportive environment for their teams.

Cons

The environment is high-pressure due to strict QA standards and a low tolerance for errors. There are numerous complex guidelines that must be followed precisely, which can feel restrictive for those who prefer less micromanagement or more creative freedom in their workflow.

Pros

I liked a lot of the other people that I worked with on my team. I loved my managers before they made leadership changes - two of the best managers I've had in my career, especially the VP that we reported to. Would have loved to have stayed if they were still there.

Cons

Management changes were terrible. It was one of the worst experiences I've had in that respect. I was also lied to about a promotion and strung along, doing two jobs and being told that I was going to be paid more. The excuse was that it was just stuck in HR. When I left, I did an interview with HR, and they told me there was no plan for a pay increase.
