      Free Healthcare Benefits 401K Match Most people are friendly but they could use a more welcoming corporate culture. Flexible schedule, able to use PTO without restrictions.

      Cons

      Not a place for minorities or women to advance, upper level management is almost exclusively white men. Median age of employees is older, high turnover of young professionals. Very little room for advancement, no clear career path for employees. Pay is not competitive.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
