      All the typical benefits and perks and stability that comes from working for the largest tire distribution company on the planet.

      Cons

      Constantly changing pay plans, constantly changing leadership hierarchy structure, middle and upper management has no regard for field level employees' input and suggestions.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
