      It allowed me to find value in many aspects of the business.

      Cons

      Corporate openly looked down upon those at branches. Once the company went public, it was all about the shareholders. There were many layoffs including dedicated employees that had been with the company for 30+ years.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
