      Challenging work and ability for opportunity to grow, flexibility, and a lot of great and passionate sales people. Gym on site is a plus too.

      Cons

      Extremely slow I.T. process. Sr. Management too top heavy and lacks empathy for lower level employees. Caters to I.T., ignores urgent needs of business users and customers. Lack of training and ability to develop employee skill set.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
