      Pros

      Work life balance is is an understood value. There are going to be times when you'll need to go the extra mile and it is noticed and appreciated.

      Cons

      Could probably do without a couple of IT Directors that are unprofessional and devoid of people skills. I imagine this will take care of itself within the next 6-12 months, which is encouraging.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
