Lost many personnel with vast tire knowledge and a customer understanding/relationship These were managers and supervisors who went above and beyond in assuring the success of the company most having to give up a majority of their personal lives with the hours worked Company moved to the thought that leadership was hiring personnel outside of the industry placing them in vital positions to come in, stand by watching, critique and change processes that had made the company successful for so many years even though these same "leaders" had never touched tire's previously. This ultimately has progressed in the company falling short
