      Competitive pay throughout the organization. Leading the industry in some areas of technology. Major logistic advantage as largest tire distributor in the country.

      Cons

      A sound strategy is empty if you do not execute. Departments operate in vacuums and do not care to collaborate with others. Due to financial challenges the primary drive is cost cutting and often changes are implemented without the customer in mind.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
