Pros
Since joining ATD, I have been able to interact with multiple business units and leaders throughout the company. The knowledge and passion each associate possesses can be seen throughout the building. With going thought a digital transformation, change was inevitable. However with Stuart Schuette leading the way, he is truly building out a vision that empowers each associate to realize our purpose and understand the impact we make day in and day out.
Cons
As mentioned in the Pros, going through a digital transformation there has been a lot of change. Some of the change is for the best and some change when it occurs doesn't make sense. However when looking over the past couple years those times when the change didn't make sense, today those times have become more clearer as to why those decisions were made.
