Cons
Ungodly amount of employee tracking. In cabin road and driver facing cameras, vehicle behavior sensors that triggered on 'unusual' driving behavior and required safety education 'coaching' from superiors. Culture of each facility extremely dependent on the 'Distribution Excellence Manager' Overly reliant on corporate dogma and Six sigma training.
