      o Everyone has been extremely friendly and inviting o There have been a couple of family emergencies that happened almost the same day that I started and everyone was very supportive and flexible on allowing me the time/opportunity to handle the issues

      Cons

      o The company does not seem to have a mature IT section within the group o Initial set up has been difficult due to permissions/access/passwords

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
