      The only upside of working at ATD are the few honest and trustworthy colleagues you can call friends outside of the office.

      Cons

      Senior leadership appears to have control, but behind the scenes it's a nightmare. The Chief People Officer has continued to lead a hostile work environment and sweeps issues with business leaders into a very large closet. With a simple, we're sorry and we'll offer some leadership coaching as a way to make up for shortcomings isn't an excuse.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
