      Pros

      I worked at ATD for a little more than three years. I enjoyed some of my time there with my fellow colleagues. One positive in my role was line of sight to multiple projects going on across the business.

      Cons

      Everything always seemed like it was never good enough and the glamour was all a show. The company won multiple awards for a tool that had inflated results, sales figures were always slightly inflated and no one knew exactly how many DC’s were operating. One day it could be 120 the next it was 112.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
