Have a small company feel at the local level, yet have the resources and support of a major corporation. Nice equipment, trucks and facilities. Commitment to safety and professional development. Very forward thinking, analytics and technology at the forefront.

Cons

Have to not mind the smell of rubber.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
