Pros

ATD seems to be very team oriented. Workers are good. Supervisors are willing and able to help you learn the job. Pay is good for the workload.

Cons

Communication is slacking with some supervisors, probably an individual personality issue rather than ATD as a whole. Some supervisors do not lead by example...correct "safety concerns" of workers and then act in the same manner.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
