Good pay Okay benefits if you don't have a family

Cons

Never know how long you'll work on a daily basis. Never know what job you'll actually be doing, changes daily even hourly. Management is out of touch with what is actually realistic expectations for the business.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
