The culture at ATD is one of innovation, learning, growth and transformation. The Chief People Officer is passionate about the associates, their well-being and development. Hard work is rewarded and the people are awesome! It will keep you busy for sure!

No cons, but if you don’t like juggling multiple projects, this probably isn’t the place for you.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
