Since I have been with ATD, I have been give so many resources to help me learn this new position. Upper management has been very welcoming and willing to partner with me on tasks while I learn our business. Our customers have a great deal of respect for our company due to the level of service we provide. I have a great group of associate at our location that want to provide great customer service and in today's workforce, great customer service is in short supply. I had spent 20 years in this industry and this is the first time in a very long time that I feel like part of a team.
