- Excellent Teams - Transparent Senior Leadership - Industry Leader - Flexible hybrid and remote opportunities

Cons

- Difficult to communicate or contribute meaningfully - Growth is a double-edged sword, i.e. expectations are not always communicated consistently since there's so many new frontiers that don't have policies yet - Management is stretched thin across way too many responsibilities -Beware mergers & acquisitions, growth comes at an obvious cost and that means lost jobs in departments with superfluous employees

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
