- very management heavy, not enough people to do the day to day. - some areas are making it up as they go. No defined processes, no measureable performance standards. Your fate is in the hands of people's personal opinions.

Pros

Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

Cons

Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
