      1. Not a con of the company but in a fast paced distributor business with ops all over the U.S., you must be prepared to be a self starter. The tools are there; the quality of the tools are excellent; you have to leverage them.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
