      Leadership is working to build a people-first culture. The employee programs are designed with what’s best for employees and their families and not just about meeting a bottom line. People are passionate about their ability to make an impact on the lives of associates. Comp/benefits are good.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
