      Okay benefits, decent deals, can be a stable job if you work hard and don't feed into the politics. Company has potential for growth if they cut out all the individuals in upper management that don't have a growth mindset.

      Cons

      Poor work/life balance, location did not promote growth within the workforce. Mentally exhausting for little to no reason.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
