      ATD is working hard at addressing fundamental issues that effect the industry from the manufacturer to the end user. No matter what challenges ATD has encountered along it's transformation, they have stayed the course. Once the platform is built out ATD will be the most connected and insightful automotive solutions provider in the industry.

      Cons

      Continuous change initiatives can be uncomfortable at times.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
