      Pros

      I always feel empowered to care for my customers and do what's right for them. I have a great manager and a solid team and we can accomplish anything we set our minds to!

      Cons

      ATD does a poor job of developing its people for internal advancement. There needs to be a managerial training program of some sort to help those interested in growing to know exactly what the company wants in its next generation of leaders.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
