      Pros

      I worked my butt off for 18 months & thought everything was great. Flexible with being able to bring my son to work & ability to balance work & life. Fun work environment. Coworkers were all great. Enjoyed being the only female

      Cons

      Management change after 15 years & it sucked. New guy really didn't understand or take the time to learn the relationship the previous manager had with his employees. Whatever you do, don't try to take FMLA leave, cause they will fire you the day its sent to HR!!!

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
