      Decent pay and benefits and that’s all.

      Cons

      Upper Management either doesn’t know or doesn’t care how middle and lower treat their Customers. They worry more about reports than actual results. Life and work balance is out of whack. Customer’s buy from ATD because the have to.

      Pros

      Aside from the lack of professionalism, great company to work for, great benefits, easy work. Great company to move up in if you just focus on work and do more than what's asked of you.

      Cons

      Lack of professionalism A lot of favoritism going on. High turn over rate No direct access to HR HR is only there to help the company/ big bosses not the employee who drive forklift who work hard everyday
